RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our Policy

We want you to love your Bella Rue Naturals experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to the personal nature of hair and scalp care products and for hygiene reasons

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@bellaruenaturals.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided - return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bellaruenaturals.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Items not in original condition or packaging

  • Items returned after 30 days
