Our Policy
We want you to love your Bella Rue Naturals experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return
Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to the personal nature of hair and scalp care products and for hygiene reasons
How to Request a Return
Email us at hello@bellaruenaturals.com with your order number and reason for return
We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions
Ship the item back to the address provided - return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bellaruenaturals.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you.
